Fake number, when you call it, recorded message says it is 'unallegated'

mr eric anderson say that payday loan have send 300 dollar to my bank which my bank did not reicved who are these people trying to rip people off when i try to get infro from mr michelle carter he did not want to give me i hope some one will see that these people cause me to stress out and right now am seekinh councle i want to press charges

If you call this number, they want personal information from you and they tell you they will send you a $25 Wal-Mart card and a $25 Visa card and you will be subscribed to some type of service ( I didn't get the details on that) free for 30 days. They also want to charge your credit card $2.00. They say they obtained my number from a recent survey I submitted on-line. I told them I want my number removed from their database.

this is a payday loan but when you look up their number you find many ppl reporting the samething as well as i have been threw heel with these ppl. it seems there is only 2 or 3 ppl with this company if thats what u want to call them not only are they rude and call ppl a old hag and a dead beat person but i have a record of a man the same man i spoke to every time i call or they call that the company can threaten a person life if they dont pay their loan back. they threaten my whom i took a loan with and the threaten my mother life whom address i used when i got the loan..they need to be stoped they also go by cashnet 500 and many more

A phone call with a hangup and nothing said.

I get the call at night, during the day...and all the time. You answer and nothing...you call back and hear The caller is not accepting calls at this time. It rings twice...and nothing. I am about ready to go to the police.

He called my cell said he was a lawyer and demanded i call him back or have my lawyer call him asap so i called him he told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So i was being sued for the money and if i wasn,t in sacramentto ca by 9am(i live atleast 3000m away) that there would be a warrent waiting for me at work the next day or i could send themthe money now and the rest on friday when i told him that i had proof that i didnt do this he said to bring it to court with me knowing that i was so far away i told him i thought it was a fraud and i was getting a lawyer and ging to the cops i have not heard from him again....he also new my email the last 4 digits of my ss# and the name of my bank.These people have to be stopped

TAKE ACTION I am reporting them to the State Attorney Generals Office and the FCC. Maybe a hefty fine will clean up their collective acts.

I told her to stop calling me two days ago. She told me she wanted to record what I just said I said NO! I hung up on her. She called back I said stop calling again. She called back a second time. I had a friend tell her off! He hung up on her three times...she kept calling back...we finally took the phone off the hook...we kept telling her we are calling the police...she did not believe us...finally quit calling and we notified the police...the officer told me to calll the phone comp and block private callers...will be calling them soon to block these calls for good...
